Loose remodel and tear-out debris — lumber, drywall, flooring, cabinets, insulation, packaging — loaded from where it sits at Scottsdale job sites and hauled away so the trades can keep moving. Price confirmed from photos before loading.
A remodel makes a pile faster than anyone plans for. Haulo takes the loose material off your hands without a dumpster sitting in the driveway for a week: the crew loads directly from the rooms, the patio or the pile by the street, and the trailer leaves when it is full. Contractors and homeowners both use us between phases of a job.
Same-day service runs across Scottsdale every day: Old Town and South Scottsdale condos with elevators and loading rules, McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch, and the gated communities from Kierland up to Grayhawk and DC Ranch. Give us the gate code and the HOA's hours and we plan inside them.
Scottsdale construction debris removal covers Old Town, South Scottsdale, McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Scottsdale Ranch, Kierland, Grayhawk and DC Ranch, plus the rest of Scottsdale. Not sure about your street? Text the address and we confirm.
What this service handles
Material that is already detached, demolished or torn out and ready to load.
Asbestos-containing material, lead-contaminated debris and mold-remediation waste
Paint, solvents, adhesives, fuel and other liquids
Roofing tar, contaminated soil and anything with a chemical smell you cannot identify
We assess first
Paint — we can usually take it, but send a photo of the cans first
Concrete, block, brick, pavers, tile in quantity, dirt and rock — priced by weight, not volume; see concrete, rock and dirt removal
Material still attached to the house — that is light demolition, not debris removal
What construction debris removal costs in Scottsdale
Haulo prices from your photos and confirms the price before anything is loaded. Typical range: $275–$500 for a remodel’s worth of loose debris; heavy material is priced by weight on top. Have a budget? Say so — we would rather work with it than lose the job. What moves the number:
Prices checked 11 Sep 2026.
Whether the job is one pickup or a standing arrangement between phases
How much material there is, and whether it is one load or several
How much of it is heavy: tile, concrete, plaster, dirt, rock
Whether it is piled where a trailer can back up, or spread through the house
Worth knowing before you call anyone: Scottsdale's brush and bulk collection is monthly by area, piles up to 10′×6′×4′ out no sooner than three days before your week, and does not take dirt, rock, sod, concrete, construction debris or hazardous waste (scottsdaleaz.gov, checked 8 Sep 2026). Haulo is a private hauler, not the city program; the trade-off is cost against timing, access and what is accepted. More typical ranges are on the pricing page.
How construction debris removal works in Scottsdale
01
Send photos and access details
Text a wide photo of the pile (or each room), a close-up of anything heavy, and the route to where the trailer can park.
02
We confirm the scope, the price and an arrival window
We reply with the number of loads and the price. If something needs a second look — suspected asbestos, a heavy pile — we ask before the visit.
03
The crew removes the agreed items and cleans up
The crew loads the agreed material, sweeps the loading area and takes payment when the load leaves.
Loose debris goes to a licensed transfer station or construction-and-demolition facility; metal is separated for recovery where a facility accepts it, and clean concrete, block and rock can go to a recycler when one will take the load. Haulo does not publish a diversion percentage.

Construction debris removal in Scottsdale: the monthly brush and bulk pickup or Haulo?
Scottsdale’s program refuses dirt, rock, sod, concrete, construction debris, auto parts and hazardous waste, so remodel debris never goes in the bulk pile. That leaves a dumpster, which sits in the driveway for a week, or Haulo, which loads the debris from where it sits and hauls it the same day, with no waiting for up to a month.
Haulo is in Scottsdale every day, with same-day service for texts before 7 p.m., Old Town and South Scottsdale condos with elevators and loading rules, McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch, and the gated communities from Kierland up to Grayhawk and DC Ranch included, with no waiting for up to a month.
Scottsdale pile limit
10 ft × 6 ft × 4 ft; brush and bulk in separate piles.
Scottsdale timing
Monthly, by area; out no sooner than three days before your Monday.
Not accepted by Scottsdale
Dirt, rock, sod, concrete, construction debris, auto parts and hazardous waste.
Figures (monthly, by area; out no sooner than three days before your Monday) as published on 8 Sep 2026; the six-city comparison is in the bulk trash guide, and everything Haulo does locally is on the Scottsdale page.
Construction Debris Removal questions from Scottsdale
Can you work with my contractor directly?
Yes. Have them text the photos and coordinate access; we confirm the price with whoever is paying.
Is this cheaper than a dumpster?
For a one-time pile, usually: you pay for what is loaded, there is no rental period and nothing sits in the driveway. For a multi-week job that produces debris every day, a dumpster can work out better; we are happy to say so.
Do you take concrete, tile and dirt?
Yes, priced by weight rather than volume. Photograph it separately from the light debris and we price the two parts on their own terms.
Will you demo the cabinets or pull the flooring?
Not under this service — debris removal is for material that is already loose. If you need something taken apart first, that is light demolition, which we also do; say so when you send photos.
Scottsdale has monthly brush and bulk. Why would I pay for a hauler?
Because the pile is inside or behind a gate, because it includes material the city excludes (rock, dirt, concrete, remodel debris), or because your area's week is three weeks away and the HOA wants it gone now. If it is curbside-ready and allowed, use the city; we will say so when we see the photo.
Can I use Scottsdale bulk trash instead of Haulo for construction debris removal?
Yes, when it fits the rules: monthly, by area; out no sooner than three days before your Monday, 10 ft × 6 ft × 4 ft; brush and bulk in separate piles, and nothing on the refused list (dirt, rock, sod, concrete, construction debris, auto parts and hazardous waste). If it can wait for up to a month and you can get it to the curb, the city is the cheaper choice and we will say so. Haulo is for what does not fit: items still inside, more than 10 ft × 6 ft × 4 ft; brush and bulk in separate piles, refused materials, or a date that cannot wait for up to a month.
What does Scottsdale bulk trash refuse that Haulo will take?
Scottsdale refuses dirt, rock, sod, concrete, construction debris, auto parts and hazardous waste. Of those, Haulo takes dirt, rock, sod, concrete and construction debris, along with remodel debris and oversized single items. Hazardous waste stays off our trailer as well; the what-we-cannot-take guide lists the drop-off programs.
