Shed Removal service

Shed Removal & Hauling

Serving Mesa, the East Valley and the Phoenix metro with upfront pricing.

Send photos of the shed, its base and the route to the truck. We confirm what is in scope before anything is scheduled.

Haulo Junk Removal handles shed removal in two forms across Mesa, the East Valley and the wider Phoenix Metro: taking apart and hauling qualifying non-structural sheds, and hauling away shed material that is already down. Which one applies is confirmed from photos before the job is scheduled.

This sits inside Haulo’s light demolition scope, which is non-structural work only. Haulo does not promise structural, whole-building, load-bearing, foundation, excavation or engineering work. If a structure appears structural, sits on footings that cannot be assessed, or cannot be identified from photos, another qualified provider may be required.

Sheds and shed material we review

Send photos of any of these and we will confirm scope:

  • Small wood and timber sheds
  • Resin and plastic sheds
  • Metal and steel sheds
  • Vinyl storage sheds
  • Shed panels and framing already taken down
  • Shed roofing, shelving and fixtures
  • Contents left inside the shed
  • Loose material stacked after a teardown

Do not take a shed apart yourself to work out how it is built. Send photos and disclose anything you are unsure about — suspected asbestos, lead, treated material, wiring or plumbing all need to be flagged before scheduling.

Why Haulo

Three different jobs, and which one you have.

Sheds we take apart

Qualifying non-structural sheds can be dismantled and hauled once photos confirm size, construction, base and access.

Material already down

If the shed is already demolished, it is a straight haul — panels, framing, roofing and hardware get loaded and taken away.

Larger or unclear structures

Anything structural, tied into utilities, or that photos cannot identify gets flagged for review rather than quoted blind.

How shed removal
gets scoped.

  2. 02

    Scope Review

We confirm whether the shed fits normal non-structural scope.

  3. 03

    Quote Confirmed

You get an upfront price, or a note that an on-site look is needed first.

  4. 04

    Dismantling

Where it applies, the crew takes the structure down on site.

  5. 05

    Load the Debris

Panels, framing, roofing and hardware are loaded out.

  6. 06

    Area Cleared

The footprint is cleared of loose material before we leave.

What affects shed removal cost

Shed jobs vary more than a standard haul, because the work splits between taking the structure down and moving the material it becomes. These are the factors that shape the quote:

  • Shed dimensions and height
  • Construction material — wood, metal, resin or vinyl
  • How the shed is anchored to the ground
  • Whether the structure is still standing or already down
  • How much dismantling is required
  • Volume of debris the shed becomes
  • Heavy components such as framing or roofing
  • Access and carry distance to the truck

A shed that is already down is priced like any other debris haul — by how much room the material takes in the truck. A shed still standing is priced on the teardown plus the resulting load.

When an on-site estimate may be needed

Photos settle most sheds. An on-site look may be suggested when the structure is larger than a standard backyard shed, when the base or anchoring cannot be seen in photos, when utilities appear to run to it, or when the construction cannot be identified from images alone.

Larger scopes can also need additional planning or more than one load. Where that is the case we say so before scheduling rather than on the day. If a shed turns out to fall outside non-structural scope, we will tell you that too — it is better to find out from photos than with a crew standing in your yard.

Where we work

Haulo reviews shed removal across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix. Same-day availability applies to non-structural scopes once photos have been reviewed.

Proof of actual work

Three sheds out of a Chandler side yard.

Three wood sheds stood end to end between the walkway and the block wall. All three were taken down and carried out through the side gate, and the gravel strip they sat on is open again. Actual before and after frames from that job.

Chandler — Shed Removal

Chandler Shed Removal

Took down three wood sheds that stood end to end along a narrow Chandler side yard and hauled them out through the side gate, leaving the strip of gravel between the walkway and the block wall open again.

Shed removal questions

Can Haulo tear down a shed?
Qualifying non-structural sheds, yes. Send photos showing the full structure, its base, the surrounding area and the loading route, and we will confirm whether it fits normal light demolition scope. Structural, load-bearing, foundation and excavation work is outside what Haulo takes on.
Can you remove a shed that has already been demolished?
Yes. Once the shed is down it is a straight haul — panels, framing, roofing and hardware get loaded and taken away, priced by how much room the material takes in the truck.
Do you remove metal sheds?
Metal and steel sheds are reviewed the same way as any other — from photos of the structure, its base and the access route.
Do you remove wooden sheds?
Yes, small wood and timber sheds are common. Photos confirm the size, construction and how it is anchored before we quote.
What affects shed removal pricing?
Size, construction material, how the shed is anchored, how much dismantling is needed, the volume of debris it becomes, and the access between the shed and the truck.
Can I send photos first?
Yes — that is how every shed job starts. Text photos to (480) 299-4648 and we reply as soon as we have seen them. Do not dismantle anything first to show us how it is built.

Still not sure about something? Text a photo to (480) 299-4648 and we’ll tell you.
