Loose remodel and tear-out debris — lumber, drywall, flooring, cabinets, insulation, packaging — loaded from where it sits at Chandler job sites and hauled away so the trades can keep moving. Price confirmed from photos before loading.
A remodel makes a pile faster than anyone plans for. Haulo takes the loose material off your hands without a dumpster sitting in the driveway for a week: the crew loads directly from the rooms, the patio or the pile by the street, and the trailer leaves when it is full. Contractors and homeowners both use us between phases of a job.
Same-day service runs across Chandler every day: Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch and Andersen Springs on the south side, Cooper Commons and Clemente Ranch, downtown, and the large-lot homes out toward Circle G Ranches and Chandler Heights where a pile can be a long way from the street.
Chandler construction debris removal covers Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch, Andersen Springs, Clemente Ranch, Cooper Commons, Circle G Ranches, Downtown Chandler and Chandler Heights, plus the rest of Chandler. Not sure about your street? Text the address and we confirm.
What this service handles
Material that is already detached, demolished or torn out and ready to load.
Asbestos-containing material, lead-contaminated debris and mold-remediation waste
Paint, solvents, adhesives, fuel and other liquids
Roofing tar, contaminated soil and anything with a chemical smell you cannot identify
We assess first
Material still attached to the house — that is light demolition, not debris removal
Very large piles that will take more than one load
Paint — we can usually take it, but send a photo of the cans first
What construction debris removal costs in Chandler
Haulo prices from your photos and confirms the price before anything is loaded. Typical range: $275–$500 for a remodel’s worth of loose debris; heavy material is priced by weight on top. Have a budget? Say so — we would rather work with it than lose the job. What moves the number:
Prices checked 11 Sep 2026.
Whether it is piled where a trailer can back up, or spread through the house
Nails, sharp edges and awkward lengths that slow the loading
Whether the job is one pickup or a standing arrangement between phases
How much material there is, and whether it is one load or several
Worth knowing before you call anyone: Chandler's curbside bulk collection is on request for residents on city trash service; the first four bulk pickups or drop-off visits a year are free, then $43 each, piles up to 4′×4′×16′, and no building material, rock, gravel, dirt or tires (chandleraz.gov, checked 8 Sep 2026). Haulo is a private hauler, not the city program; the trade-off is cost against timing, access and what is accepted. More typical ranges are on the pricing page.
How construction debris removal works in Chandler
01
Send photos and access details
Text a wide photo of the pile (or each room), a close-up of anything heavy, and the route to where the trailer can park.
02
We confirm the scope, the price and an arrival window
We reply with the number of loads and the price. If something needs a second look — suspected asbestos, a heavy pile — we ask before the visit.
03
The crew removes the agreed items and cleans up
The crew loads the agreed material, sweeps the loading area and takes payment when the load leaves.
Loose debris goes to a licensed transfer station or construction-and-demolition facility; metal is separated for recovery where a facility accepts it, and clean concrete, block and rock can go to a recycler when one will take the load. Haulo does not publish a diversion percentage.

Construction debris removal in Chandler: the four-free-a-year bulk pickup or Haulo?
Chandler’s program refuses building material, rock, gravel, dirt and tires, so remodel debris never goes in the bulk pile. That leaves a dumpster, which sits in the driveway for a week, or Haulo, which loads the debris from where it sits and hauls it the same day, with no waiting for the next request slot.
Haulo is in Chandler every day, with same-day service for texts before 7 p.m., Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch and Andersen Springs on the south side, Cooper Commons and Clemente Ranch, downtown included, with no waiting for the next request slot.
Chandler pile limit
4 ft wide × 4 ft high × 16 ft long.
Chandler timing
On request; four free per calendar year, then $43.

Figures (on request; four free per calendar year, then $43) as published on 8 Sep 2026; the six-city comparison is in the bulk trash guide, and everything Haulo does locally is on the Chandler page.
Construction Debris Removal questions from Chandler
Will you demo the cabinets or pull the flooring?
Not under this service — debris removal is for material that is already loose. If you need something taken apart first, that is light demolition, which we also do; say so when you send photos.
What if there might be asbestos in it?
Tell us. Older drywall joint compound, floor tile, mastic and insulation can contain asbestos, and we cannot take material that is suspected of it. Have it tested or handled by an abatement contractor first.
Can you work with my contractor directly?
Yes. Have them text the photos and coordinate access; we confirm the price with whoever is paying.
Is this cheaper than a dumpster?
For a one-time pile, usually: you pay for what is loaded, there is no rental period and nothing sits in the driveway. For a multi-week job that produces debris every day, a dumpster can work out better; we are happy to say so.
Chandler gives me free bulk pickups. When does Haulo make sense?
When the pile is inside, when it includes rock, dirt, concrete or remodel debris the city excludes, when you have used your free pickups, or when it needs to happen this week rather than when the truck is scheduled. For a curbside-ready pile of ordinary bulk items, the city program is the cheaper option.
Can I use Chandler bulk trash instead of Haulo for construction debris removal?
Yes, when it fits the rules: on request; four free per calendar year, then $43, 4 ft wide × 4 ft high × 16 ft long, and nothing on the refused list (building material, rock, gravel, dirt and tires). If it can wait for the next request slot and you can get it to the curb, the city is the cheaper choice and we will say so. Haulo is for what does not fit: items still inside, more than 4 ft wide × 4 ft high × 16 ft long, refused materials, or a date that cannot wait for the next request slot.
What does Chandler bulk trash refuse that Haulo will take?
Chandler refuses building material, rock, gravel, dirt and tires. Of those, Haulo takes building material, rock, gravel and dirt, along with remodel debris and oversized single items. Tires are the one item on the Chandler list that Haulo does not haul either.
