What affects the price.
How many pieces are going, what size they are, and where they sit in the home. A single queen set already by the door is a different job from four king sets down two flights of stairs. Stairs, long carries and tight doorways add labor. Adding the mattress to a larger load is normally cheaper than booking a trip for one item. Our pricing page explains how loads are measured.

You do not have to drag it outside.
Leave the mattress where it is. The crew carries it out of the bedroom, down the stairs and into the truck. Wrapping or bagging it first is not required.
If the mattress has been stored outside, is wet, or has staining you want us to know about, mention it when you send photos so the crew knows what to expect. Handling options depend on the condition of the item and what the receiving facility accepts on the day.

Mattress removal questions
Do you take box springs and bed frames too?
Yes. Mattress, box spring and frame go on the same trip; metal frames are separated for recovery where a facility accepts them.
Can you carry it down from upstairs?
Yes. A photo of the stairwell or hallway tells us what to expect; king mattresses in tight stairwells sometimes need to be folded or strapped.
What if it has bed bugs?
Tell us. It can still go, but we wrap and load it separately so nothing spreads to the truck or the next job.
Do I have to put it at the curb?
No. We take it from the bedroom, garage or wherever it is.
Is one mattress worth a trip?
Yes, it is a normal single-item job. If anything else needs to go, adding it to the same visit is cheaper than a second trip.
Can you come today?
