Couch Removal service

Couch & Sofa Removal

Serving Mesa, the East Valley and the Phoenix metro with upfront pricing.

That sagging sectional has had its run. We will haul it out today — stairs, tight doorways and all.

A worn-out couch is the classic "I will deal with it later" item — too heavy to move alone and too big for the trash. Haulo deals with it now. We show up, lift it off your hands, and thread it through whatever doorway, stairwell or elevator stands between it and the curb.

Handling options depend on the couch condition and the facilities available at pickup time. Ask about reusable or recyclable components when you book.

Why Haulo

Why neighbors call us for couch removal.

Two-person muscle

Big sectionals and sleeper sofas are no problem — we bring the crew and the straps.

Tight-space pros

Narrow halls, spiral stairs, third-floor walk-ups — we have seen it and moved it.

Give it a second life

Usable couches can be offered for donation when a local organization will take them; everything else goes to a licensed disposal facility.

Where we collect couches from

A couch rarely sits somewhere convenient. We collect from anywhere the crew can reach it and carry it out:

  • Living and family rooms
  • Apartments and condos
  • Upstairs rooms and walk-ups
  • Bedrooms and dens
  • Garages and storage rooms
  • Offices and break rooms
  • Patios and back yards
  • Curbside, if it is already out

You do not have to move it outside

Leave the couch where it sits. The crew handles the lifting, loading, hauling and cleanup, so there is no need to wrestle a sectional down a stairwell before we arrive — that part is the job.

If a piece will not clear a doorway or a turn in the stairs, we take it apart on site rather than leaving you with it. Tell us about tight access when you send photos and the crew arrives ready for it.

Usable couches go to local charities where we can place them; the rest we keep out of the landfill wherever handling options allow.

What affects couch removal cost

Haulo prices by volume — how much room the piece takes up in the truck — so a compact loveseat and a six-piece sectional are not the same job. These are the factors that shape the quote:

  • Size and type of the piece
  • How many pieces are going
  • Weight and construction
  • Stairs, elevators or upper floors
  • Whether disassembly is needed to clear a doorway
  • Carry distance to the truck
  • Anything else going in the same load
  • Items that need separate handling

Text a photo of the couch and we reply with a free estimate as soon as we have seen them. When the load matches the photos, that is the price you pay, and payment comes after the job is done.

Where we work

Haulo removes couches and sofas across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix, with same-day service every day — call or text to confirm your arrival window.

Couch removal questions

How much does couch removal cost?
Pricing is by volume — how much room the piece takes up in the truck — so it depends on the size of the couch, how many pieces are going and the access. Text a photo to (480) 299-4648 and you get a free, upfront estimate from the photos before anything is loaded.
Can you remove a sectional?
Yes. Haulo removes sectionals of any number of pieces, along with sofas, loveseats, recliners and similar seating, throughout its service area. Where a section will not clear a doorway, the crew takes it apart on site.
Can you remove a sleeper sofa?
Yes. Sleeper sofas and futons are heavier than they look because of the fold-out frame, and the crew comes equipped for them.
Can you remove a couch from an upstairs apartment?
Yes. Upper floors, walk-ups, narrow halls and tight stairwells are routine. Mention the floor and whether there is an elevator when you send photos so the crew plans the carry.
Do I have to put the couch outside first?
No. Leave it where it sits — the crew handles the lifting, loading, hauling and cleanup.
Is same-day couch pickup available?
Requests before 7 p.m. can usually be done the same day, and a crew is dispatched within the hour; after 7 p.m. we book the next day. Once the details are confirmed we will give you an arrival window.
Can you take other furniture at the same time?
Yes, and it usually makes sense to. Anything else going in the same load is quoted together — see furniture removal for the broader service, or mattress removal if a bed is going too.
