Commercial cleanouts

Commercial & Office Cleanout Services

Serving Mesa, the East Valley and the Phoenix metro with upfront pricing.

Offices, suites, retail units, stockrooms and rental turnovers cleared of desks, fixtures, boxes and whatever the last tenant left. Insured crew, works around your hours, price confirmed before loading.

When a tenant leaves or a business moves, someone has to get the space back to empty before the next lease starts. Haulo clears movable contents from small and mid-size commercial spaces — the desks, chairs, racks, shelving, boxes and leftovers — loads them from the suite and hauls them away. We work with property managers, landlords, office managers and business owners, and we can schedule around business hours or building loading rules.

Most commercial calls come from Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and Tempe; Scottsdale and Phoenix get same-day service too.

What this service handles

Movable contents from a defined commercial space, one room or several.

  • Desks, chairs, tables and cubicle components already broken down
  • Filing cabinets, bookcases and detached shelving
  • Retail racks, displays and fixtures that are freestanding
  • Stockroom boxes, packaging and dead inventory
  • Break-room appliances and small equipment
  • Rental and lease turnover leftovers
  • Job-site and tenant-improvement debris that is loose
  • Multi-suite clear-outs scheduled in phases

What we cannot take, and what we assess first

Two different lists. The first is a hard no; the second just needs a photo and a sentence before we confirm.

We cannot take

  • Hazardous or regulated material: chemicals, solvents, fuel, medical waste, refrigerant left in equipment
  • Confidential records that must be shredded — we can haul boxes, but destruction is a separate service
  • Built-in fixtures, wiring and plumbing still attached to the building

We assess first

  • Paint — we can usually take it, but send a photo of the cans first
  • Items still attached — cubicle walls, mounted shelving, signage — may be light demolition instead
  • Building rules: elevator bookings, loading docks, after-hours access
  • Electronics and e-waste in quantity
  • Who has authority to release the contents

What a commercial cleanout costs

Commercial cleanouts are priced on trailer volume and labor, confirmed from photos before loading. What moves the number:

  • How much is going, and whether it is one load or several
  • Elevators, docks, long corridors and the carry distance
  • After-hours or weekend scheduling to suit the building
  • Items that need taking apart before they will fit out
  • Whether it is a single clear-out or a standing turnover arrangement

Typical range: $329–$599 per load for a suite or stockroom; recurring turnovers are priced per unit. Have a budget? Say so — we would rather work with it than lose the job. Property managers with recurring turnovers can text photos per unit; each is priced on its own. Typical ranges for common jobs are on the pricing page; they are planning examples, not quotes.

How a commercial cleanout works

  1. 01

    Send photos and access details

Text wide photos of each area, the route to the loading point, and tell us who will let the crew in and who is paying.

  2. 02

We confirm the scope, the price and an arrival window

We reply with the loads, the price and a window that fits the building's rules.

  3. 03

The crew removes the agreed items and cleans up

The crew clears the agreed contents, sweeps the space and takes payment when the load leaves.

What happens to the contents

Usable furniture and household goods go to a donation drop-off on the route — Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity ReStore or St. Vincent de Paul, whichever is convenient and accepting that day. Metal goes to a scrap recycler. Everything else goes to a licensed transfer station or landfill. Haulo does not publish a diversion percentage. If your lease or your company policy requires documented disposal, tell us before the job and we will say what we can provide.

Office cleanouts

Three of the jobs on this page are offices: a Scottsdale suite cleared room by room, a Mesa office emptied of its workstations and equipment, and a Phoenix IT room and file room taken down to the carpet. The pattern is the same each time: cubicle panels, desks, filing cabinets, chairs, monitors, towers and printers, boxes of paperwork, and the cabling nobody wants to trace.

Send photos of each room and the route to the loading door or the elevator, tell us the building’s hours and whether a dock or a certificate of insurance is needed, and we plan the visit around your tenants and your handover date. Metal furniture and electronics go to a recycler; we do not wipe drives, so pull them first or tell us to set the towers aside.

Commercial cleanout questions

Can you work after hours?
Often, yes. Tell us the building's access windows when you send photos and we schedule inside them.
Do you break down cubicles and shelving?
Freestanding pieces we can take apart to fit out the door. Anything fastened to the building is light demolition; say so and we quote it together.
Who needs to authorize the removal?
Whoever controls the space — the tenant, the property manager or the landlord. Make sure that person has confirmed what goes; we do not remove contents on a third party's say-so.
Do you handle electronics and old computers?
In small quantities they can ride along; in bulk, e-waste has its own handling. Photograph it separately and we tell you what we can do.
Can you provide something for my records?
You get a written price before the job and a receipt after it. Tell us if you need anything more specific and we will say whether we can provide it.
Do you do recurring turnovers?
Yes. Property managers text photos as units come up; each is priced and scheduled on its own.
