A whole-home cleanout in Scottsdale is usually one of four jobs: a house going on the market, a rental being handed back, a downsize into somewhere smaller, or a property being cleared after a death in the family. The work is similar; the pressure is not. A listing has a photography date. A rental has a lease end. A probate sale has a court timeline. Tell us which one you are working against and we will build the schedule around it.
Size varies more here than almost anywhere else in the Phoenix Metro. A condo off Camelback might be a single truck. A North Scottsdale property in Grayhawk, DC Ranch or Troon North with a three-car garage, a casita and fifteen years of storage is a multi-load job over a couple of days, and it is better to know that up front than to discover it at 4pm. Send photos room by room, including the garage and anything outside, and we will tell you honestly how many loads it looks like.
We clear it all — furniture, appliances, closets, the garage, patio and shed — and sweep before we leave, which matters when a realtor is shooting the next morning. Mark anything that stays and tell us who is authorised to make the call on the day. If the property also has a spa or a pile of yard material, add hot tub removal and yard debris removal to the same visit.
Every room, the garage, the attic, the patio and the shed quoted together as one job, not itemised into surprises.
Swept before we leave
We sweep the space before we leave. Listings get photographed, tenants get keys, and nobody has to come back with a broom.
Built around your deadline
Most homes clear in a day. Larger North Scottsdale properties are scheduled across loads so the deadline still gets hit.

Home cleanouts in Scottsdale: the monthly brush and bulk pickup or Haulo?
The City of Scottsdale runs a monthly brush and bulk collection for residents on city collection. Piles go out no sooner than three days before the Monday of your area’s week, no larger than 10 ft long, 6 ft wide and 4 ft tall, with brush and bulk in two separate piles and limbs no longer than 6 ft and under 12 in across.
Scottsdale’s program collects one curbside pile from residents on city trash service, 10 ft × 6 ft × 4 ft; brush and bulk in separate piles; the contents of a whole house rarely fit, and none of it qualifies while it is still inside. Haulo carries everything out room by room, separates donations from disposal, and finishes in one visit instead of waiting for up to a month.
Haulo is in Scottsdale every day, with same-day service for texts before 7 p.m., every neighborhood included, with no waiting for up to a month.

Good to know
Questions, answered.
How much does a home cleanout cost in Scottsdale?
The price depends on the included rooms, amount and weight of the contents, access, and labor. Send photos of each area for an estimate; we confirm the agreed price before loading.
How soon can Haulo get to Scottsdale?
Same-day appointments are available in Scottsdale. Call or text to confirm the current schedule, route, and truck capacity for your pickup.
Do I have to drag everything to the curb first?
Never. Leave it exactly where it sits — garage, attic, back bedroom, side yard. Our Scottsdale crew does all the carrying and loading, then sweeps up before we head out.
What happens to my stuff after home cleanouts in Scottsdale?
Item handling depends on the load, item condition, and the options available at pickup time. Ask us about handling options for reusable, recyclable, electronic, or specialty items when you book.
Can I use Scottsdale bulk trash instead of Haulo for home cleanouts?
Yes, when it fits the rules: monthly, by area; out no sooner than three days before your Monday, 10 ft × 6 ft × 4 ft; brush and bulk in separate piles, and nothing on the refused list (dirt, rock, sod, concrete, construction debris, auto parts and hazardous waste). If it can wait for up to a month and you can get it to the curb, the city is the cheaper choice and we will say so. Haulo is for what does not fit: items still inside, more than 10 ft × 6 ft × 4 ft; brush and bulk in separate piles, refused materials, or a date that cannot wait for up to a month.
What does Scottsdale bulk trash refuse that Haulo will take?
Scottsdale refuses dirt, rock, sod, concrete, construction debris, auto parts and hazardous waste. Of those, Haulo takes dirt, rock, sod, concrete and construction debris, along with whole-home loads and oversized single items. Hazardous waste stays off our trailer as well; the what-we-cannot-take guide lists the drop-off programs.
