House Cleanout Services

Serving Mesa, the East Valley and the Phoenix metro with upfront pricing.

Moving, downsizing, flipping a property or turning over a rental — Haulo clears the whole house, garage and yard in one plan and sweeps before leaving. Insured crew, our own people, price confirmed before we start.

Sometimes you do not need one item gone; you need the whole place empty by a date. Haulo clears houses end to end: every room, the closets, the garage, the patio and the shed, with the things you are keeping set aside and everything else carried to the trailer. You get one price for the job and a swept floor when we leave.

Most whole-home jobs are in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and Tempe; Scottsdale and Phoenix get same-day service too.

What this service handles

A full house, condo or mobile home cleared for a move, a sale, a downsizing or a rental turnover.

  • All furniture and mattresses
  • Appliances and electronics
  • Closet, kitchen and bath contents
  • Garage, attic and shed contents
  • Boxes, bags and accumulated clutter
  • Patio and yard items
  • Carpet and loose fixtures already pulled
  • Everything the last occupant left behind

What we cannot take, and what we assess first

Two different lists. The first is a hard no; the second just needs a photo and a sentence before we confirm.

We cannot take

  • Solvents, thinners, stains and other flammable liquids
  • Gasoline, motor oil, antifreeze and other automotive fluids
  • Propane tanks and other gas cylinders
  • Pool chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers and unknown liquids
  • Asbestos, lead-contaminated material and mold-remediation waste
  • Medical or biohazard waste

We assess first

  • Paint — we can usually take it, but send a photo of the cans first
  • Firearms, medications, documents and valuables — please remove them first
  • Very heavy pieces: pianos, safes, large appliances still connected
  • Homes with building rules: elevators, gate codes, loading zones
  • Whether the job needs one visit or several

What a home cleanout costs

Whole-home cleanouts are priced on trailer volume and labor, confirmed from photos before loading. A full house is usually more than one load, and we say so up front. What moves the number:

  • How many rooms and how full they are
  • Furniture and appliances versus boxes and bags
  • Stairs, carries and parking distance
  • Heavy material mixed in: tile, concrete, dirt
  • A closing or handover date that needs the job done in one day

Typical range: $329–$599 per load; a full house is usually two or more loads. Have a budget? Say so — we would rather work with it than lose the job. Give us the date when you send photos and we plan the visits around it. Typical ranges for common jobs are on the pricing page; they are planning examples, not quotes.

How a home cleanout works

  1. 01

    Send photos and access details

Text a wide photo of each room and area, and tell us what stays and your deadline.

  2. 02

We confirm the scope, the price and an arrival window

We reply with the number of loads, the price and a plan for one visit or several.

  3. 03

The crew removes the agreed items and cleans up

The crew clears the agreed areas, sweeps the floors and confirms with you before leaving.

What happens to the contents

Usable furniture and household goods go to a donation drop-off on the route — Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity ReStore or St. Vincent de Paul, whichever is convenient and accepting that day. Metal goes to a scrap recycler. Everything else goes to a licensed transfer station or landfill. Haulo does not publish a diversion percentage.

Home cleanout questions

Do I need to sort or box anything first?
Only what you are keeping. Set those aside or mark the room; everything else in the agreed areas goes as it sits.
Can you finish before my closing date?
Tell us the date when you send photos. Most homes are cleared in one day; large or very full ones may take two visits, and we plan that with you.
Do you clean the house afterwards?
We sweep the cleared areas of loose debris. Deep cleaning, paint and repairs are separate trades.
What about the garage, the shed and the yard?
All included in the plan if you want them. Photograph them with the rooms.
Which is right: home cleanout, estate cleanout or apartment cleanout?
Clearing your own house for a move or sale is a home cleanout. Settling a family member's belongings is an estate cleanout. A rented unit or condo turnover is an apartment cleanout. The work is similar; the pages cover the details that differ.
Can you come today?
Smaller homes, sometimes, if you text before 7 p.m. Whole-house jobs are usually scheduled a day or two out so the crew and trailer time are blocked for you; text photos and we tell you what is open.

Still not sure about something? Text a photo to (480) 299-4648 and we’ll tell you.
