Loose contents come out as part of the cleanout. Carpet can be pulled and hauled as agreed extra work; installed fixtures, plumbing, wiring, and built-ins are not part of this service. If a play structure, shed, or built-in needs taking apart first, add light demolition; if the yard also needs clearing, say so and it is priced in the same visit.

The Town of Gilbert collects bulk trash every five weeks, skipping the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas. The town will also collect up to two appliances for $16 during your bulk week, or $85 outside it.
